Introduction

Member Connect enables the integration of various CRM systems and loyalty programs with Avarda Checkout. This allows merchants to deliver a smoother and more connected experience for their customers by linking the checkout process with their existing CRM or loyalty platforms. As a result, customers won’t need to repeatedly enter their login details – Avarda checkout will automatically detect if the user is already part of the merchant’s loyalty program. If the customer isn’t yet enrolled, Avarda can conveniently register them into the loyalty program during checkout.

Current integrations

Voyado

Through our integration with Voyado, Avarda can determine whether a customer is already part of the merchant’s loyalty program. If the customer isn’t yet a member, Avarda checkout will prompt them during checkout with the option to join. Should the customer choose to enrol, Avarda will automatically complete the membership registration after the purchase - seamlessly and without requiring the customer to leave the checkout flow.
